Building your Center for Light (Ctr4Light)We have all heard that our thoughts, beliefs, attitudes and behaviors are the tools we have to build our life. Yet we continue to hear and see that many people within this Earth are struggling to get by or to get through each day. My hope is by sharing the process I have gone through within my own life events and health issues I can empower others to understand they too can stand up to the darkness, fear and anxiety and live life on their own terms.
It took me many years to understand I have been successful in my life basically by being in tune with another side or piece of myself. My higher wisdom or soul being. I learned how to identify the process I used to build my life up each and every day and I hope you find some of these practices to be of benefit to you as you work towards keeping yourself sane, happy and productive. Sharing your life with others and enjoying the process of living each and every day is a goal set by your soul being.
